Apart from massages, I offer also verbal therapy. 

It can be done in person face to face or over a call or a video-call (whatsapp, zoom...).

A talk instead of touch/massage might be the type of therapy suitable for you in the beginning of exploration of your inner process.

I listen to you and answer your questions from a higher perspective and give you all the confidence you need in order to take the first Step forward in your healing process. It can also be a little theoretical lecture on psychology and spirituality. Practically, it can involve relaxation techniques, embraces/holds and EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and coaching.

But the most important idea is to offer you a feeling of connection, you feel accepted as you are and together we find a way for your next step.

Or, may be you already have an experience on your "own skin" so to say, but right now you can not meet me in person. May be you are busy or on the other side of the world, but some deep-talk would be the right thing you need now! :)
